The banker Louis Seeliger had the villa built on the former Lindenberg bastion in 1898/99 and the park laid out with trees from all over the world.
Unfortunately, the information boards on the trees are smeared so illegibly by some idiots (sorry, but that's the way it is) that you have to think that these people only have grits in their brains.
