The Würzburg skate park (also: Mainwiesen skate park, Mainwiesen skate park or Zellerau skate park) has been located below the Himmelspforten monastery in the Mainwiesen recreation area near the Zellerauer barbecue area since 2013. With replica fruit trees from various parts of the world and a total area of around 1,400 square meters, the skate park holds its own Würzburg as a unique skate area in Germany. Due to the location directly on the Main, flood conditions had to be taken into account when realizing the skate park, which additionally shaped the course.
