With the appropriate protective equipment you can also try out for yourself what you can get out of yourself and your bike. For the very little ones there is a separate area downstairs to try things out and practice.
An absolute highlight for us was a "personal training session". The trainer really took our skills and wishes into account in a very individual way. An absolute recommendation from us (54 years and 13 years). After the training session we practiced what we had learned in the park.
