There's not anything "mountain bike-y" about this plaque per se, *but* it does lie along a beautiful singletrack trail and it's well worth stopping and having a look if you bike past. It is dedicated to world class skier and WW2 resistance fighter Torstein Skinnarland, who was from this area and worked for many years on the Møsvatn Dam.
