That the Villa Tütberg was advertised as the former house of the banker Deichmann completely irritated me, but it seems as if he rebuilt this house in the 1920s?
However, this was unknown to me. The villa or Deichmannaue is still in Bonn
and the "Villa Tütberg"
goes back to the remains of an old settlement that used to belong to Eschbach (today Untereschbach).
