The Granatium is a unique adventure museum: first you learn in the museum section about gems and the history of mining around Radentheim. Then it goes through the mystical garnet tunnel out to the gravel site. Here you can even look for gems in a narrow stream valley, dig them and work with the museum staff - not only for children a great experience.
