Hiking

At the Kohlplatte we immerse ourselves in the early years of the Somborn men's choir in 1891, when the musical Midsummer Day was celebrated every year at the edge of the forest. The view of the village alone is worth the climb!

Hiking

On the Kohlplatte hill at the Gänsewald there is a steel high cross to commemorate the victims of the war. From here you have a distant view over Somborn towards Vogelsberg.
