The Hollfelder Freizeitweiher is idyllically situated in the Kainachtal recreational area, directly at the end of Badstraße behind the Hollfeld outdoor swimming pool. It forms the gateway to the tranquil Kainachtal and is a central meeting point for families and hikers. A popular circular hiking trail for families (approx. 3.5 km) starts directly at the pond. It offers interactive stations such as a barefoot path, sound wood, a water wheel, and a crawl tunnel.
