Open to hikers - especially all the little doors and gates. If you want to cross the courtyard, including the riding area, you have to open about 10 doors and close them again if you like. But that seems to be completely accepted and tolerated. We were even shown the hiking trail, which was a bit difficult to identify in places :-)
