Mountain biking
This stretch is a dirt path with natural stone stairways between the via dei sancuari and the coastal road which is difficult even on foot without MTB. With arm MTB and shoes it is really difficult. Avoid, continue on the way of the sanctuaries and resume the coast road further ahead.
