Hiking
The striking building was built in 1920 and designed by architects Arthur Wittmaack and V. Hvalsøe. It served i.a. as a bank. Today the industry association for agriculture is at home here. Anyone who has never driven Patanoster can still do so here, as the building is open to the public.

The heritage of a bank is clearly visible if you go down the stairs from the lobby and end up in front of the impressive door of the strong room.
A tour with one of the two remaining paternoster in Denmark (if I got the right info) is a must.
Also make sure to look up in the entrance hall!

Axelborg, opposite Tivoli Gardens on Vesterbrogade, is the seat of the Danish Agriculture and Food Council. The DLG Group also has its headquarters in the building. The building was constructed in 1920 and was originally constructed for a bank. An Irma flagship store was opened on the ground floor in 2015 and there is a Vivalde Café on the Axeltorv side.
