Mountain biking

On the old pear tree in the Kleestück corridor, near Altenwend, there is now a forest sofa and additional seating. From this hill you can see the "Morgenbrüche" nature reserve, the Buchlertal / Jungewald, the Kindelsberg and the Alte Fuhrmann and all the way to the Schönauer Valley. A wonderful rest ... Just enjoy, with your eyes open or closed!
The forest sofa is even signposted!

Mountain biking

All benches (over 60 pieces) around Schönau and Altenwend have now been given a rescue point / number! This is stored at the district rescue control center so that a quick start is possible. Which will hopefully never be needed ...

Mountain biking

I can only agree with the previous speaker. There is hardly anything to add to that. When the weather is nice, a bike tour or a hike over Schönau, just let your legs and soul dangle in this idyllic place. 🚵‍♂️🌄😊
