A wonderful vantage point, not far from the Aschberg Tower, which offers a great view over Klingenthal and the Vogtland.
A small rest bench offers space to linger and you can enjoy this wonderful view in peace.

Hiking

The view is perhaps even more beautiful than from the Paul Apitzsch Bank very close by. If you are on the Höhensteig, like us, the minimal detour to the two benches is definitely worthwhile. Climb up the path across the meadow opposite the beautiful view. After the benches it goes down the natural red marked path directly on the border and you come back to the Höhensteig.
