Please don't ask me about the trails. At the lift, the young guy tried to persuade me, at 63 years old, to go on a tour. I felt flattered but thankfully declined and had a drink in a deckchair. But no Almdudler, it acts like a laxative on me, and then to the beautiful campsite in Wemding which was my "base". If you are ever in the Allgäu, there are three great trails in Weitnau at the ski lift in the summer, but they are almost too busy on weekends.
