The Muir Trail Ranch can be used as a resupply option along the JMT and PCT, but it is an expensive one - even for the Sierra Nevada. You can ship yourself a resupply. It has to be shipped in a 5-gallon bucket (or smaller bucket) and at least three weeks prior to your estimated pick up date. The ranch charges 95 $ for this service.
