Standing at the top of the monument, the Rhine Valley stretches out before you in all its splendor. You can see the town of Bingen on the opposite bank, picturesquely nestled in the bend of the river. The Rhine itself is particularly impressive here: wide, tranquil, and framed by vineyards that stretch across the slopes like green waves.
