Hiking

Traces of Jewish life are very difficult to find in Milowka. Around 1900, approximately 174 Jews probably lived in the town. The Jewish community was therefore relatively large. In 1939, there were probably only about 160 Jews. The synagogue was destroyed immediately after the outbreak of the war in 1939. All that remains is a memorial plaque and a Jewish cemetery, which is slowly falling into disrepair.
