The Church of the Resurrection, consecrated on June 30, 1929, is the very simply designed church of the Evangelical Lutheran congregation of Moschendorf. During the time of the Moschendorf border transit camp, the church also cared for the Protestant refugees housed there. In the 1960s and 1970s, the congregation grew significantly due to industrial developments. In the 1990s, the number of congregants began to decline steadily. Therefore, in 2005, a congregational association was established with the congregation of St. Peter and Paul in Döhlau.

Information:

The church's design is simple from an art historical perspective. The foundation stone was laid on April 9, 1928. It was consecrated on June 30, 1929. Behind the altar are three Gothic-style stained-glass windows depicting the story of the disciples on the road to Emmaus.
