Der Forellenhof was a 1965 eight-part black-and-white television series broadcast by Südwestfunk, set in a country hotel on the edge of the western Black Forest.
The "Hotel Fischkultur" that actually existed at the time served as the filming location and was renamed the "Waldhotel Forellenhof" after the television success.
Unfortunately permanently closed at the moment.

The Waldhotel Forellenhof is known to some from a television series from the 1960s. It is a good place to spend the night and the menu and wine list offers some nice stimuli. And the service is exemplary.
