The Schwert Brewery is part of the beer-culture town of Ehingen. It exudes a truly authentic charm. The brewery was founded in 1675 and remains independent to this day. Convivial gatherings at the pub, regional specialties, and a freshly tapped house beer – all these things are part of the Schwert experience. This family-run, traditional brewery sells its beer on a small scale in Ehingen and the surrounding area.
