Hiking

Built in 1259 from Stubensandstein, the Pliensau bridge was of national importance and is considered a masterpiece of medieval engineering. Parts of the bridge were destroyed due to war damage and the construction of the Neckar Canal. The northern gate tower and the five arches in the area of the B 10, three of which are still made of Stubensandstein, are preserved in historical form.
