The show shows us the starry sky over Hamburg, which is projected from inside onto the tower's huge dome. Really interesting, especially with children and also as an evening program for adults.

The Hamburg Planetarium is one of nine large planetariums and the most visited planetarium in Germany.
The planetarium was built in 1930 in a former water tower in Hamburg's city park. Since then, it has been upgraded several times to bring it up to date with the latest technology; the last renovation took a year and a half until it reopened in early 2017. In the following twelve months, 380,000 visitors attended the 2,361 events. The old water tower with the planetarium is considered one of the landmarks of the Hamburg-Nord district and the Winterhude district.
