At the beginning of the bridge, on the Eberbach side, there is the city's heraldic animal, the bronze boar.
From the bridge you have a wonderful view down the Neckar towards Eberbach and the Neckarwimmersbach opposite.
Up the Neckar you can see the Breitenstein nature reserve and the Schollerbuckel, as well as the Marienhöhe on the right.
