The castle ruins of Hohenbregenz Castle, the pilgrimage chapel and the castle restaurant Gebhardsberg are located on the mountain. From the castle complex, only the ring wall of the core castle and parts of the palace have been preserved.
A pilgrimage church of St. Gebhard, which gives the mountain its name, was built in the former castle palace in 1723
