This challenging route involves a significant 5024 feet (1531 metres) of elevation gain and typically takes around 7 hours and 35 minutes to complete. Starting from Colle di Balisio, the path transitions from a comfortable road through a forest, then climbs through alpine sections and meadows with sustained inclines, culminating in steep steps to the summit and Rifugio Brioschi.
