Located above Mandel. Beautiful view of Mandel and the surrounding area. Unfortunately, it's usually locked, so you can "only" walk around the building. Not a suitable place to take shelter when it rains!

It was inaugurated by Wilhelm II on August 13, 1913. The 50 hunters lined up in a line are said to have shat their pants. This was the result of a spicy venison goulash they had previously enjoyed, which was probably a bit too much for their taste. The L 230 road runs past through the beautiful Soonwald forest, but is in a very poor condition in places between Kallweiler Hof and the Kreershäuschen village exit. It's also very busy!

A nice stop between Winterburg and Bockenau. A narrow road leads past the kiosk through the Bockeneau Switzerland region up to Allenfeld.
