This listed Kofstein cobblestone route runs straight through the Hahnheide and connects Hohenfelde and Trittau. The sandy strip at the edge is relatively easy to drive on. I would rather avoid the cobblestone itself unless you want to put your bike through a material test.

Before the descent, of course, the difficult ascent has to be completed first.... anyone who can do it without electronic support deserves real respect. From the south, the ascent is relatively easy to manage and on the other side it's easy to go down again...the descent isn't easy because of the roots, but it's not that strenuous.
