Here by the water's edge amongst the trees is a small clearing with a shelter and a barbecue area. There is the tranquillity of the forest and beautiful views out over the lake. It is a really nice place to have a rest stop.

Such beautiful views here of Björktjärnen. It's a much loved shared-use trail, so be aware of folk on two wheels.

This lake has it all. Marshy peninsulas, small islands, sandy beaches and wooden piers that form part of a well-maintained swimming area.
