The Sietower Church is an early Gothic stone building. The first documented mentions date back to the 13th century, when Sietow was still owned by the Werle princes. The church received patronage on March 13, 1344. Since then, Sietow has remained part of the Dobbertin Monastery. The church was renovated in the middle of the 19th century and took on its current appearance. After the renovation of the bell tower, roof structure and windows, the church shines in new splendor. www.kirche-mv.de/sietow
