The photo doesn't match the dirt road. This is a gravel road on the approach to Eime. The remaining path from the entrance to Külf is waist-deep overgrown, but the lanes are still clear. The photo shows the path opposite the natural swimming pool toward Külf.

On my tour of Germany (Kaltenkirchen - Bamberg), the Dunser Hut offered me shelter from the severe storm in summer 2023. It is really beautiful & quiet there, you don't notice much of the storm there!
