An easy, 3.7 km cross-country ski trail right next to the Isar River. The Hofgarten Trail is a beautiful loop for both beginners and experienced skiers. The starting point is the hiking parking lot in Gries, Krün; from there, the trail follows the Isar to Wallgau and the Isarsteg bridge. This loop also connects to other trails, such as the Kanada Trail or the Isarfeld Trail. The return to Krün leads across meadows and along the edge of the forest, offering magnificent views of the Karwendel Mountains.
