The Kulturbahnhof is a station building built in 1908. It was used as such until 1963 and has been a listed building since 1998. It was restored by the association "kuBAka e.V." (founded in 1999, around 25 members) over an eight-year period and thus saved from decay. A total of around 50,000 euros (9,000 euros in donations, 36,000 euros in public funds, 5,000 euros in contributions) and 2,500 hours of work by the association were spent on it.
