It's a great place to rest, right by the river. But be careful! The underpass is 1.5 meters high.

Since the first foundation stone was laid in 2006, we have been able to establish ourselves as a successful and unique adventure center in Kraichgau. In addition to our many outdoor activities, we accommodate numerous guests in our guest house, which was included in the school camp association in 2007. Since 2009, we have also been an official cooperation partner of the Dietmar Hopp youth development concept Anpfiff ins Leben e.V. We have set ourselves the goal of offering our customers an attractive opportunity to spend their free time and to respond to their wishes. One example is our llama hike for young and old: Our 7 llamas Pünktchen, Mogli, Pontos, Rudi, Max, Anton and Paul have learned a lot. With a lot of patience and training, our llama guide Catrin has managed to train our llamas to be great hiking companions. You can explore the meadows of Zuzenhausen with them and get to know them up close. Due to their calm and curious nature, meeting the animals is a very special experience. Their natural calmness helps you forget the stress of everyday life. Another highlight is the Adventure Room! Teamwork and creative thinking are the basis for getting through the exciting challenges together. You will be dropped into the wilderness in a group of a maximum of 6 people and have to solve puzzles and find clues in a spooky hut in the Elsenz Valley in order to find the secret treasure. The most popular, however, are and remain our kayak tours. Enjoy the wonderful landscape on a four or eight kilometer kayak tour on the Elsenz! With a bit of luck, you can see kingfishers, nutria or even beavers. Small rapids round off your exciting experience. Have we piqued your interest? Then just come and see us!

Today the building, which was built in the early 1920s, is home to, among other things, a retirement home. Wallpaper and paper were still produced here until 1986.
