High Wood is a beautiful little woodland atop a ridge surrounded by rolling farmland. The ancient woodland is chiefly composed of oak and coppiced sweet chestnut. In Spring, the woodland is carpeted with stunning bluebells.

Very icy on cold winter mornings, take care. But for all other times the perfect route from Tunbridge Wells to Tonbridge avoiding cars

Lot's of leaves on it in Autumn but the tarmac is in great condition and no one was using it when I used it so you can go fast!
