September 22, 2024, Freeport Montego Bay 5 km Loop

Having recently relocated from London, whilst I build up my confidence to ride around Montego Bay, I use this loop a bit like Regent's Park for laps (tempo or Zone 2).

After riding a few easy laps around the loop, the Marina Palms (also known as the Montego Bay Yacht Club is a place where it can be convenient to gather and enjoy food and refreshments. The loop is also a course where it is relatively safe to go for laps solo or with friends.
