A nice stretch of towpath that runs alongside Waterbeach. It is only for foot traffic, as bikes are prohibited, so it makes for a calm walk or a great scenic part of a run.

Cock-Up bridge crosses the Burwell Lode near Adventurer's Fen car park. There has been a bridge here for years, the older horse (and bike) friendly bridge was replaced by one with steps, plans are afoot to replace the bridge with a cycle friendly version.

A good option is a walk through Explorers' Hangout loop from Waterbeach which includes paths through Cow Hollow Wood, a pleasant spot for dogs to explore.
