Closed for now.

Seems closed for now. Fences blocked both cycle paths to the old bridge. Road sign says no pedestrians beyond this point (fences).

The ford at Walcott Lane is notorious locally. It is benign in the summer but people have been swept away and have died when the ford is in flood as the flow is strong. Cycling across isn't recommended as the road-way is very slippery and slimey. Mind you, after the weather we have been having I'm amazed there is any flow at all!

Rather nice folly on the side of the road, and is good foreground for a sunset!

Wonderful house and gardens, which were designed by Capability Brown. I love this place in the evening when the crowds have gone home.

Overbury is a delightful Cotswold village on the south side of Bredon Hill, lovely spot for a pitstop.
