A work of art is always nice to look at. Unfortunately, wood is not durable.

The freely accessible open-air museum conveys the life of the Burgenland in the period between 500 and 1000 AD as an adventure facility. The early medieval village currently consists of a group of five residential or craft buildings, a ceramic kiln, an oven, a blacksmith's hut and a kitchen. Is a bit off. It is definitely worth the detour - really worth seeing! Further information: http://www.fruehmittelalterdorf.at

The first sculpture on our small pond round. Looks like a "shameful" ... but judge for yourself.
