The trail is really very beautiful, mostly runs under trees and in the upper part along a stone wall that borders an olive grove. With a wonderful view of the coast. The path ends on a connecting road.

The Laghetto d'Umbra is a rainwater-fed lake. The turtles living here were released, but they seem to thrive here.

For me, the descent wasn't a problem. I rode the entire way. The trail is steep, with gradients up to 16%, and there's a lot of loose gravel and gullies. My wife had to push the bike in some places. Mostly an S2 trail, occasionally turning into an S3 trail in small sections. But I wouldn't ride downhill if it's all rideable.

If you are not experienced and do not have a full, better leave it! Both uphill and downhill you will have to push the bike for most of the time because of the presence of trees and holes, there are better routes. Then do not cry like the Swiss boy who that time came back with the broken carbon toy!
