Grado was full of tourists in September. But the city has its charm. Especially the totally many small alleys, which felt like they went criss-cross. From the promenade you can wonderfully observe the sunset, if you don't want to walk all the way to the end of the beach. Personally, I really liked all the small alleys, even if I sometimes thought I had gotten completely lost. But the center of Grado is not that big either.
