A very welcoming refuge, easily accessible from both the Bergamo side (Ceresola - Valtorta) and the Lecco side (Piani di Bobbio). An excellent destination also accessible by mountain bike, especially from Valtorta.

The climb from Introbio to Foppabona was entirely through the woods, but with a steep and steady gradient for almost 1,400 meters of elevation gain. Fortunately, most of it was in the woods. When you crest the hill, you'll find yourself in a clearing where you can see the mountain pasture just above and the hill. The entire route was quiet. Few people passed by, and I hardly ever encountered any animals, except for the cows.

An important reference point for climbing Pizzo dei Tre Signori, arriving from Val Biandino or Piani di Bobbio/Foppabona. Friendly and welcoming staff. Please note: payment by cash or Satispay only.

Very clean place, very nice rooms, very attentive service, catering to all guests of all ages and genders. As for us, they serve children a cappuccino with less coffee than they do an adult.
