Tergolandia (known as The Soul's Park) is an original open-air museum located in Bronzola di Campodarsego (Padova). Born in 2010 to unite art and nature, the park extends for about a kilometer along the cycle-pedestrian path that runs alongside the Tergola river. It is an entirely flat route, perfect for walks and bike rides, completely free and open all year round. Its peculiarity lies in the numerous sculptures and artistic installations integrated into the environment: fantastic creatures, gnomes, witches, and dragons made by local artists using natural (like wood) or recycled materials. Along the itinerary, you will also find the ancient Chiesetta di Santa Maria del Panigale, making Tergolandia an ideal stop for those seeking an immersion in fairy tales, history, and the Venetian river landscape.

The Chiesetta di Santa Maria in Campiangalli (today known as Santa Maria del Panigale) is a historical jewel located in Campodarsego (Padua), in the hamlet of Bronzola. Dating back to the 8th-9th century (Lombard period), it is among the oldest places of worship in the Roman Graticolato. It stands in a suggestive position along the banks of the Tergola river, perfectly integrated into Tergolandia, a naturalistic and cultural park enriched with outdoor artistic installations. Maintained by the Alpini and the local community, the small church is an unmissable stop for cycle tourists and walkers travelling the area's cycle paths (like the Treviso-Ostiglia), also appreciated for the presence of a convenient water fountain at the back for refilling water bottles. A perfect blend of history, nature, and peace.

...At three in the afternoon we set out for Villa Contarini, in Piazzola sul Brenta. Its presence emerged slowly, solid and composed, its pale facades illuminated by the winter sun. The elegant lines of the villa stood out against the sky, motionless, while everything around seemed to move: the grass bent by the wind, the shadows lengthening on the ground, the silence broken only by distant footsteps and the rustling of the air...
