From the castle ruins you can enjoy a beautiful view down into the valley with the town of Unzmarkt. A few meters below the castle there is a church worth seeing. The Frauenburg was built in the 13th century, burned down in 1861 and was not rebuilt after that. Today the complex is a listed building.

Small mountain church, quite hidden between the trees. Behind the church there is a rest area with a table and two benches. Unfortunately, the church was closed when we visited

The Bocksruck can be reached on foot from Unzmarkt in about 2 1/2 hours, at the top you have a great all-round view from the Murtal over the Lachtal to the Zirbitz!
