Mount Arista is a granite peak that towers over southern Ogliastra, located in the small town of Cardedu, right above its beautiful beaches. With a height of 447 meters, it is easily recognizable thanks to its unique shape, with a rounded tip called "Su Cappeddu", which is visible from afar. The path to the top is short but intense, with a difference in altitude of 450 meters over 2.5 kilometers of walking. Once you reach the top, the view is spectacular and extends across the entire coast, up to Baunei and the coastal Supramonte.
