Probably one of the most beautiful sights in Nabburg.

On a hill stands the cemetery church of St. George, featuring a stork's nest depicted in Merian's engraving of 1644. The nest on the church has become, alongside the town's coat of arms, a second symbol of the town. The church tower is Romanesque, while the church itself is Baroque. The high altar, donated in 1759, and probably also the south side altar, were crafted by H.A. Croneiß. On the wall opposite the entrance, besides the pulpit and a crucifixion group, the "Lourdes Grotto," erected in 1904, is particularly striking. https://www.nabburg.de/tourismus-kultur/auf-einen-blick/sehenswuerdigkeiten/#friedhofskirche-st-georg-mit-strochennest

The medieval old town of Nabburg looks back on more than 1,000 years of history. Narrow lanes, striking city gates, and the Gothic parish church lend the town a special atmosphere. The small houses, clustered closely together around the market square, bear witness to bygone eras and evoke memories of the Middle Ages. The town museum illustrates the rich history of the town, which sits perched above the Naab River. https://www.ostbayern-tourismus.de/attraktionen/historische-altstadt-von-nabburg-5d3e24e502
