The sacred building has been documented on the ridge above Sulzano since the 14th century. Unfortunately, the chapel is closed by default – at least, we were denied access to the interior. Rest areas are located on both sides of the building, where you can enjoy the historic flair and the views. The refuge of the same name is directly connected to the chapel. A magnificent panoramic summit at exactly 1000 meters above sea level. To the left, you can see all the way to Brescia, and Lake Iseo lies below. The two bench-table combinations are perfect for relaxing. During our visit, numerous butterflies were fluttering around.
