The frog lake and the one before are now safe thanks to the excavations done to bring it to a greater depth. Now there are only carp and some pike and maybe even some small rudd left. The Serraia lake on the other hand is in a very bad state both for the pitiful conditions of the water and for the predominantly Asian species that have infested the lake for some years. I am referring to the bitter rodeos, the bream and the red leuciscus that are overpopulating the lake by eating everything and consequently stealing space from the local species.

Bravo/i. Meritorious and intelligent work. A heartfelt appreciation. If you can, also take a look at the Rane pond and other small pinetani ponds because I think the problem is a bit everywhere.👏.

I was the one who put up that sign because I was very fond of this pond since I was a child when the goldfish were much less and since I am a fairly experienced fisherman I know that goldfish are species of Asian origin and ornamental relatives of the golden crucian carp (native species) so I decided to try to remove them all. With the help of my friends we are removing the goldfish little by little and putting them in tanks or fountains of our property in a legal manner fishing with adequate fishing equipment, without causing damage and with fishing permits
