There are so many shells here on the beach, I didn't realize there were any shells there at all.

The sandy beaches are really great. In November I had a whole beach to myself to take a break, I think it's busier there in the summer.

The nature is quite beautiful, but all the garbage wasn't particularly great.

Built around 1904, it is due to be renovated. The plan is to replace the roof covering, repair the exposed timber framing and the wooden shingles, the wooden windows and shutters are to be restored and of course work is also to be carried out inside, such as reworking the wooden floors, reworking the building's technical installations and the attic... The owner and developer is Hessen Forst, Groß-Gerau Forestry Office.

Forsthaus Kühkopf, unfortunately it is falling into disrepair. I hope it will be restored or at least used.
