Excellent way to avoid bussy Novi Sad. Ferry goes every hour. Full hour from Beočin and half hour from Futog. In winter season last ferry is at 16:00h.

This lake, being an easy-to-access area is a nice place for a picnic and stuff. However, the water in the lake is murky (as expected for any body of water in a swamp), and I personally wouldn't bath in there.

The fortress is huge, I just walked around the fortress on the wall, but that was worth it because you can see very far in all directions from above. The walk is not very far and can easily be combined with a stroll through the city. There are supposed to be passages under the fortress and guided tours inside and outside the wall there are other things to see if you have enough time.
