The cave is 7 km from the Velingrad-Karatepe road. You can get somewhere by car, and then you have to walk about 1-2 km, because the road is not good, except by jeep. The cave can also be reached from another road, which is after Rakitovo in the direction of Syutka, from there it is 3 km to the cave

The road to Ablanitsa is very nice, it was recently made, but after Ablanitsa to Sveta Petka there are forest paths, in some places it is a climb. Already after Sveta Petka, you can go on asphalt to Velingrad or on a forest road parallel to the main one.
